Strength and Being Strong: A Fundamental Distinction

It is important to distinguish between strength and being strong, as these two realities, though intimately connected, reveal different dimensions of the human experience.

Being strong involves putting up resistance against opposing forces that assail us. However, this resistance is often rooted in our limiting beliefs and internal conditioning, leading us to believe we must go against the current. When we strive to be strong, we often draw upon limited resources, which can lead to energetic exhaustion and feed the illusion of our own weakness. This approach can keep us in a state of tension with life, as if we are constantly struggling against its flow.

Strength, on the other hand, is our natural and intrinsic energy, an original power residing at the core of our being. It represents the vital impulse that enables us to move through the challenges inherent in the human condition, not by fighting them, but by integrating them into the natural flow of our existence. This authentic strength does not drain itself in resistance but is renewed through acceptance.

Traditional thinking, which separates people into "strong" and "weak," reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of human nature. This binary categorization, entirely illusory, disconnects us from our true essence and locks us into rigid identities that reduce our real nature. Human beings find their true power when they learn to follow their natural flow, like a river that flows in its own direction. In this way, one finds strength in authenticity, without having to force anything.

Wisdom does not lie in becoming strong, but in recognizing and nurturing the strength that already resides within us, allowing our true nature to express itself freely within the natural movement of our existence.
